Refund policy

Change of mind: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Wrong or defective items: If the product differs from its description or is defective, contact us within 30 days of noticing the issue and no later than 3 months after delivery. We cover the return shipping.
Damaged in transit: Please inspect your package on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.

Items damaged by the customer, or whose value has dropped significantly through use
Custom-made items (such as PR drones with your logo), once you have agreed to the order

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
