Shipping policy

We ship from Hanam, Korea with FedEx International (Economy or Priority, as selected at checkout).
Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, KST). A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Delivery time depends on the FedEx service and your destination, and is shown at checkout.
Duties and taxes: The checkout price generally includes estimated customs duties and taxes. Additional local charges (administrative, storage or carrier handling fees) may apply depending on your country.
Bulky items are charged by volumetric weight.
Address changes are possible only before the item ships. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or refused customs payment, the customer may be charged the original and return shipping costs.
